Good day,

today I wanted to buy a product on Etsy.com. I chose to pay via Paypal and since I did not have enough account balance, the rest of my money was to be deducted from my bank account. The payment was deducted from my bank account, but after the next step on the Etsy page, I was told that the order had not been processed due to insufficient balance. So I tried it again, the same problem again, so I tried it a third time and my money was deducted from my account again, but I have neither money nor an order. Etsy told me that they do not register the processed order and therefore cannot help me and I should contact Paypal ...

What should I do?

If these “deductions” aka authorization holds pending are in your bank account, they will eventually expire and drop off releasing funds in a few days, up to 30 days. If they are still there after 30 days, ask your bank to void them.

Does this mean that the order with Etsy will not be completed and my money will be refunded?
