Hello! Why can't I use my international bank account in USD? I passed the verification and the bank card was successfully added

My card: VISA GOLD USD OJSC BAKAI BANK, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues transferring USD to your international bank account. Normally, bank transfers will use the local currency of your bank. If you withdraw money from a different currency balance, you may be charged a currency conversion fee.
