Transaction fee charged

I was supposed to receive a deposit. But paypal charged me a fee as if it is a payment for something. How can I get the fee back?

Then the sender used the goods/services option to send the funds and not the friends/family option if it was supposed to be a gift payment.

However if it was a deposit for goods or services then they selected the correct option.
