Transaction from WooCommerce have 100% fee

I just tried my first test transaction using the PayPal Standard payment method on my WooCommerce site. I made a product priced at 1 Php and used a debit card to pay on the PayPal page that followed the WooCommerce checkout page. The order completed and payment went through. However, upon checking the PayPal account linked to my WooCommerce site, I noticed that the transaction has a 1 Php fee, and therefore making the total Payment recieved to be zero.

I searched the documentation and while I understand that this transaction may have incurred some fees, it shouldn't have been equal to the Purchase amount, right? I don't find any mention of a 100% fee. Can someone help me understand what this P1 is?

Furthermore, when I tried to go to the Resolution Center to report the transaction, I always get this error upon trying to continue:

It is normal, PayPal have a groundfee + a procentage off the order.

I dont know about your currency, but i pay 2,60 DKK for each order and 4,4 % on top of that. You can find the fee in your currency on the Paypal pages.

PayPal is an expencive, but very powerfull solution.

I will still use, and recommend it - but it is a bit expensive 😉
