Hello I did send money from my bank account to PayPal. Unfortunately I did not put the transfer ID into the bank pazyment. Will PayPal send me money back? Or I should contact any department?
If you made the transfer through PayPal, you should be able to see a transaction ID whether or not your add funds did push through. However, if you initiated the "send money" outside your PayPal account and your money is not showing up in your Activity page, then you will need to contact your bank to check the status of your transfer and see options available for you on how you can get your money back.
