Hello! I recently changed my account's credit card and I didn't realize that the reference to add money through the ATM was changed. So today I made a transfer to the old reference and would like to know how I can recover that money. Any help will be welcome!

I am sorry to hear this transfer was unsuccessful. As these funds were added from your bank account, please contact your bank directly, and request a trace is initiated on the funds.
