Transferring Money from Visa Gift Card to Bank

I am trying to get money from a Visa gift card to my bank account via PayPal.  According to web posts I should be able to do a transfer after linking both the gift card and the bank.  I have done this and both appear in my list of linked entities but I don't see any way to transfer funds between the two.

Any ideas?

That’s not possible/permitted in PayPal and against card agreement.

You can add and use Visa gift card for purchases only, not extract cash from the card:
