Link your bank account, then transfer the money.
To cash out to PayPal from your brokerage account, check the help documentation over at your brokerage account for the possibility of a PayPal withdrawal option and follow their instructions to link your PayPal account to your brokerage account.
Note: Only add what is necessary, if at all because PayPal account is not a bank account, therefore your funds can get frozen if your transactions/activities trigger the security system. To pay with PayPal, it’s not necessary to add money. Link a card, bank account and select either as payment method at PayPal Checkout.
