Trying to claim money from Survey Junkie

I've received emails from PayPal that Survey Junkie sent me money. I have tried claiming the money through the emails but it won't work. I will log in and there is an error every time. There are also no pending transactions on my account from Survey Junkie. I keep receiving reminders that if I don't claim the money it'll go back to survey Junkie. I've been trying for days to claim them.

This is what I keep getting everytime I try to claim money from the link in my email.

I am sorry to hear you are running into issues while receiving payment.
In order to receive this, I would advise ensuring your account is verified. Please check that your email address is confirmed: How do I confirm my email address? (paypal.com)
Following this, I would ask that you ensure you have a bank account or card added and confirmed on your account: How do I link a bank account to my PayPal account? & How do I link a debit or credit card to my PayPal account?
I would also advise following this link to check if there is any information being requested from you: How do I confirm my identity? (CIP) (paypal.com)
Finally, if you have any limitations on your account, this can prevent payments from being received. You will find any potential limitations on your Resolution Center when you select 'Go To Account Limitations'.
