Trying transfer Bank from paypall to Scotiabank Colpatria Colombia

I'm trying to make a Bank Transfer from paypal to Scotiabank Colpatria Colombia.  

When ask me the Swift Code, I use COLPCOBB.  I can create then bank account, but, when i trying to make a Bank transfer appears a message on screen "seems something went wrong..." but no other information about the problem.

Also, please be informed that you can only withdraw funds to the US bank, local bank, or Nequi.
