I'm a twitch streamer and some one donated me 50 Dollars but I think PayPal is holding my payment and I'm not getting a notification or email for it. I know PayPal will hold my first few transactions and the money should be released after 21 days, another person sent me 20 dollars and it didn't come through, and he said the payment went through, I dont have any pending payments or nothing this is also the link I use to receive payments from.
