As potential new customer, I'm trying to figure out whether it's possible to withdraw USD from PayPal to Europe based IBAN USD account without converting it to EUR as I want to keep strongly apprecciating dollars instead of EUR and get interest rates from it in my bank. If not what is the reason and is there any workaround?

That would cause double conversion…PayPal converts USD withdrawals to EUR and then your USD IBAN account converts EUR back to USD. You’ll need to withdraw USD to a US bank account that has a routing number to keep it in USD. Get a US bank account issued through a Wise Borderless/multi-currency account. There is a 3% withdrawal fee. Note: Be prepared to ask customer services to assist with linking this account if you get an error message when trying to link it yourself.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
