I'm sorry to hear you haven't received a payment yet. I recommend ensuring your email address and phone numbers are confirmed. It's also a good idea to verify your account while waiting for a payment, as some senders require a verified account. If you still haven't received it after checking these, I would double-check with the sender to make sure there aren't any typos in the email or phone number they're sending the money to. They'll probably need to cancel the payment and resend it if there are.
