We're unable to receive money on our PayPal business account

We're selling our deal on AppSumo and we provided them the email linked to our PayPal business account for payout. However, Each time they try to transfer us the fund, they receive that the transfer was rejected.

 

The message they send us: 

The payment failed for the following reason: PayPal: Rejected. Please make sure your PayPal account is active and valid..
