What does Money in..............mean?

I don't seem to be getting any where with this.  What does Money in.......mean?

I received a refund of $140 from eBay........it is reported in .... Money in.......not in my account.  How do I move this money to my Bank Account in Amarillo?  Kept thinking they would move it......but still showing in "Money in"............help................

Refunds return to your original funding source.

Issued refunds to bank account will take several days for your bank to post it. Keep a look out for it at your bank account.

Issued refunds to cards take a few days to a week. But are allowed up to 30 days as card industry standard.

Issued refunds to PayPal balance is pretty much instant.

PayPal balance and card split payment, see above, for each portion.
