I have some purchases from the Whatnot app. The payments have been coming out of my PayPal credit line. Why aren’t they coming out of my preferred way to pay?

If you have set up a billing agreement with the app, the preferred payment method settings for it are controlled at your automatic payments settings:
What is an automatic payment and how do I update or cancel one?
