When will the money I return reach the other party?

Hello, a friend of mine sent me money, I returned the money to her, but she says that the money did not come to her, how long does it take to send the money I returned to her?

Depends how you returned it.

Did you send it using the goods/services option?

Did you send it using the friends/family option?

Or did you click on the transaction and use the ''refund'' option?

Also what does it say on the transaction in your paypal account?

I clicked on the transaction and sent it as a refund. @kernowlass

ok, if its showing as completed on your side then it has gone back to the sender if you used the refund option.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
