Hello guys! I have a problem to put deposit on bwin account for sports betting. When I choose PayPal after that give me every time add payment method and I put it my bank details and said you already did it or not accept on the end I cannot send money to Bwin into my account. Only works if I have money on my PayPal account. I dont know why PayPal not takes a money from my Bank account.

A merchant can choose which payment methods they will accept. It sounds like a bank funded payment is not accepted by the merchant, and you will need to fund the transaction through your PayPal balance, or add a card to complete future payments.
