Why are canceled Xoom Transaction from month ago still marked as "open"

End Of june / Early july i was on vacation and tried to transfer money via xoom to gcash, cause the ATM's in that country were not accepting international credit cards. Most ATM's only accepted cards issued by local banks.
The xoom transactions failed because there were issues with gcash (account reached the maximum limit of incoming transfers), so the transactions got canceled. I received the official "canceled" messages and my payment got refunded. Under activities those failed transactions are still marked as "open". How do i get rid of them?
