Why has PayPal blocking the money from going into my account?

I paid through PayPal and the money was deducted from my VISA account. However, when I made a transfer from my savings account into my VISA account for the same amount of money I paid, PayPal keeps blocking them. Why? The bank told me that PayPal has 30 days to deposit the amount that was blocked. Why and is it true?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. If you're trying to transfer money between your personal bank accounts, PayPal wouldn't be able to block those transactions. We are not connected directly to your bank, so we wouldn't have the ability to review those transactions. If you are trying to withdraw money from your PayPal account to your bank account but are having difficulty, I suggest contacting Customer Support. You can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
