I tried to withdraw from a MoneyPass ATM with my Debit Card. I could see my balance with it, but the withdrawal option was grayed out. Any idea how to correct this? Thanks in advance.

I do understand your concern with this. If you have a PayPal Business Debit Mastercard, you can use it to withdraw your funds from most ATMs. It's possible that the ATM you were at is not compatible with your PayPal Debit Card.
