Withdrawing money from freelancer.com, account not verified Include descriptive keywords

Hello everyone,

I am trying to withdraw some money from Freelancer.com to my PayPal. In the attempt, I am getting the message on Freelancer.com:

Withdrawal Warning.
Your PayPal account must be verified by PayPal before we can transfer your funds to it. Please log in to your PayPal account and complete the required verification process.

When I get to Pp help, it has article on how to verify account at:

Here basically says that extra info should be given, so it means that profile with personal data should be completed fully (Correct me if I am wrong). Link in the article leads to personal profile, which I have completed 100%. All sections are filled and verified (which can be verified): email, phone; address. I have even put number of my passport. There is no indicator, or at least not on my profile, which says that my profile is verified or not. To put in short this article for acc. verification haven´t done anything for me. 

On the Freelancer.com withdrawal page things are the same, even after I added my pass. number to my PP, same message. They have even charged me some small amount to add my pp as a verified payment method, which I have already done at the beginning. 

Anyway, all advice and help are welcome.

To clarify, did you link a Visa card to your PayPal Wallet page?

By linking and confirming your credit or debit card you help to confirm your identity and verify that you own the card which you have registered to your PayPal account.

In your country, you have automatic transfer requirement and need to set up your account proper to receive payments:

Thank you for your post. I have linked my VISA credit card to my PP, and that small amount that was charged to me from the side of the Freelancer.com was charged on that VISA credit card. 

However, I have option available on PP to verify my card - if is that what you are aiming? For that verification PP charges 1,95$ and I get on my bank statement 4 number code which I need then to enter to verify my credit card. Will I be able to receive money afterwards to my VISA, when I complete this step?

And one more thing. You have mentioned setting up account for automatic transfers. Do I need to do some settings on my own, or account is already set up to transfer all received money during the month to my credit card in the first three days of the following month? - with 30 days hold period as it is stated on the link you have post, payments are withdrawn to credit card 2 month afterwards.

Yes, complete the card verification process with the 4-digit code.

All you need to do is successfully verify your Visa card with the 4-digit number to verify your PayPal account AND to activate PayPal to do the monthly automatic transfer to your card.

I have the exact same problem and am unable to withdraw funds from my Freelancer.com account to my PayPal acct. I get the exact same error message. Everything on both ends is linked, verified and blessed by the Pope, but I continue to get the error message. I couldn't find anything helpful in this post and the link https://www.paypal.com/ba/webapps/mpp/ua/recpymt-full is broken. Does anyone have any useful info? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
