Xoom transaction refund

Hey guys! I made a transaction to send money to a UK bank via Xoom from my PayPal balance on the 9th of November. For some reasons which I’m not sure of, the recipient bank didn’t process the transaction but returned the funds to Xoom banking partner who sent the funds. I’ve been emailing concerning the refund but weeks have gone by with no solid response. Please how do I get my refund?
