So everytime I want to buy something with Paypal the message "Your payment can’t be processed for technical reasons. Try again or use a different payment method." comes up and I don't know why. It just worked fine a month ago. Maybe it is because I went negative on my Paypal balance but I already resolved it and am no longer in negative.

Are you trying to use your bank account as your funding source?
Only if you had a failed bank transfer / negative balance paypal often break the link between your bank and paypal to reduce the risk of it happening again and force you to use the safer (for paypal) option of a card.

Yeah, well I had a negative balance a month ago. But i already made it neutral again. So what can I do to stop PayPal trying to break the link my bank account? Or what can I do to make a steady link between my PayPal account and my Bank account?
