My landlord sent me my security deposit back through paypal but did it as a business transaction instead of a peer to peer one. There is not only a $35 fee I have to pay but my funds are being held. Can I or he cancel this transaction and redo it as a personal one? How do I turn this into a personal transaction so the fee is removed and my money is available? Do I do something or does he? What are my options here?
