I understand you'd like to learn more about selling items on PayPal. To learn more about what items are allowed under our Acceptable Use Policy, I recommend selecting 'Legal' at the bottom of our PayPal website. Items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction are prohibited. If you are selling authentic items, I recommend keeping copies of all purchase receipts and authentication records in case a dispute is ever opened. Regarding your question about using PayPal on a different country's IP, it sounds like you're referring to using a VPN or hosting IP. We do not recommend using a VPN or hosting IP to access your PayPal account. Please also keep in mind that your PayPal account must be registered in the same country where you live.
