google says paypal unavailable after logging in to make a purchase for google one storage

when trying to purchase storage on google (google one storage) It tells me that paypal is currently unavailable When I check my paypal account there are no notifications ect. I am able to log in and see everything and nothing looks amiss. Can someone please explain to me what is going on with my account and how i go about fixing the issue?

I'm sorry you're having trouble making a purchase. It sounds like there may be a connection issue between PayPal and Google. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different web browser to complete the transaction. It may also help to disconnect your device from the internet and reconnect it or try another device.
