how do I cancel a payment?

How do I cancel a transaction? 'cancel' doesn't show up as an option.

If the payment has completed then you would need to contact the merchant to see if they will cancel your order for you.

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

You can only use a cancel option if the funds are linked to a non existent email address due to a spelling error or typo so it would never complete.
