i want to transfer money to pakistan, how to Paypal balance to pay the transfer fee

I want to send money from my UK Paypal account to Pakistan bank, how can I use Paypal balance to pay the transaction fee or is that not an option in the UK?

You can't add another countries bank account to a country specific paypal account.

Apart from that paypal is not supported or available in Pakistan unfortunately.
