I just received a paypal payment from one of my past customers I think - I can see what they ordered but there are no name or address details - just a transaction ID and a customer IP number.
Is there any way to find out who the customer is who made the order?
Thanks for any help.

Hello, @northdb
Thank you for your post and welcome to our Community Help Forum!
I understand that you need more information about the charge. The transaction information can be found in the original email receipt received when you made your purchase, and in the transaction details of your payment, located in your account Activity. To find the transaction details: 1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account. 2. Click Activity at the top of the page. 3. Click on the transaction in question. I hope this information helps you.
I hope this helps!
