missing payment

I received 2 payments this morning but it didnt reflect on my wallet balance, the transaction even show up on recent activity. what should i do?

I have this exact issue this morning. I got 2 payments from upwork (as i have done for the last 12 months). They are paid in the correct currency, i have the right currency selected, there is no "pending" or "on hold". The payments are received and cleared but my wallet shows zero funds. What the hell is going on? I have had enough of Paypal's BS. I need that money to pay my electric bill today. Paypal doesn't care. They will just post some generic message about how they understand it's frustrating while these issues cause real problems for real people.

I am having the same issue this morning as well. The payment I’ve received shows as completed in my activity, but is not showing up in my balance. My email and phone number are verified, and the money is not on hold or anything. I’ve received an email verifying as well but yet nothing is in my balance. Very annoying.

i am from usa and facing same problem. received money but it is NOT showing in my paypal balance, i can see it in activity history 😞

Same for me, i do received payments and it dosen’t show up in my balance, tought something is bad with my account, but i guess it’s paypal issue?

Same issue here in the Philippines. Should we wait or do we need to contact customer support? It's hard to get a hold of them.

I tried doing that but it says all customer support is offline. How convenient 😡😡 . Love that we have to pay insane amounts of fees and can't even access our money.

They have replied on twitter DM. They told me it's a widespread glitch and their teams are working on it. They gave no reply as to WHEN it will be fixed
