money on hold

hello! i just started using paypal and i recived some money(32 euro) because i cashed out some csgo skins and my money are on hold. is it because it is my second transaction? i used paypal just once before, and a friend sent me 1$ and the i got the money instantly, with no hold time

Funds sent using the friends/family option are usually received instantly.

However if you are being paid for selling goods/services and the goods/services option is used then you would be subject to the new seller hold until Paypal feel you have a reasonable reputation to remove the  hold. Information on the hold in link below.
