my money has been pending over 20 days

Hi, I purchased the EV charger from Aliexpress . First time , I used the gift card to pay the order and looked no successful. I changed my personal credit card to finish the payment. Later, I found the money has been taken from my gift card so I cancel the order which used my gift card. But 20 days passed, the money is still in pending and can not get refund .please tell me What I can do ? Thank you.

I am sorry to hear your transaction is still pending. I know this must be concerning. When you attempt to make a payment, the amount can be temporarily charged to your bank/card. This is an authorization charge. 
 

If you canceled the transaction, then the merchant should not process the order. Typically, the funds would be released 72 hours from when the order was canceled. 

As this time frame has passed, I would suggest you contact the merchant to ensure the order has been. Once they have canceled this, it will reflect on in your PayPal Activity page.
