pending payment in activity

Pending  payment

"On 21 May 2022, you authorized a payment of xxxxx on your card xxxx. If the payment is voided for any reason, the pending amount won’t be charged. It may take a few days for this to show on your card statement"

There is a message in my activity as above, but this payment was already deducted from my credit card but still the seller didn't receive this payment?

Can anybody help on this matter?

Hi @tmnadika 

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I understand your concern regarding the pending transaction in your account. If the transaction is pending in your account then the merchant has not yet processed the payment. You need to contact the merchant and inform them to cancel the pending transaction from their PayPal account. If the merchant fails to capture the payment then then it will get expired automatically in few days. Please refer to the link.

Hi. I'm now experiencing the same problem. What happened? As on my side my card has been debited but nothing shows under my PayPal activity and I have no order under the website I was trying to buy from
