"Things don't appear to be working right now" while withdrawing

Hi, most recently when I try to withdraw to my Visa card, I get the in-app errorr message "Things don't appear to be working right now Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later." followed by an e-mail 

"Your transfer could not be completed

We're sorry but we were unable to approve your request to transfer xxxx USD to your card. You will see the funds and any fees reflected back in your PayPal balance."

Yet, sometimes a tiny amount of like 20ish $ pulls through but not a cent more. Any idea what might be the issue? Didn´t have any problems until the past like 10 days.

I see you're facing issues withdrawing funds from your PayPal account to your Visa card. I know it can be upsetting when you receive errors like this. There could be several reasons why a transfer could be stopped or denied. Firstly, make sure that there are no limitations on your PayPal account and that your account is fully verified. You can only withdraw funds from your debit card; make sure you're not using a credit card, and also check with your card provider to see if there are any issues on their end. Also, the information on your PayPal account should exactly be the same as that on your card provider's, like your full name, mobile number, etc. If you still continue to face issues, you can contact PayPal directly, and they should be able to look into your account and help further.

Hi and thank you for your reply. Well, All the information is correct, I have withdrawn certain amounts, 4 digit in the past months but now, suddenly, it gets stuck. Only thing I want to  check are the limitations, once Paypal offered me to lift limits to, idk, 5.10k etc/month but I can´t find that option anywhere. My card has been fully verified, my account as well,  no documents have been requested and so on.. it looks almost like I broke a limit and now it allows me to withdraw fractures.

For example, I received some money at the start of the week, but managed to do 2 withdrawals, tiny ones, like 30 and 20 usd, and got stuck with 80 or so, but couldn´t lift a cent until friday, when I was able to withdraw the rest.

I am sorry to hear that you have been having such issues withdrawing your funds. If you are able to withdraw in small amounts this would mean that your account is active and working. Are you logging in from somewhere new or using a new device? It could be our internal security system stopping the high withdrawal. This can happen from time to time and will generally resolve itself after one or two smaller withdrawals. Be sure that when you are initiating a withdrawal you are using a secure network and your usual device.
