I'm trying to buy a game that is currently on sale on Epic Games but i keep getting the error message above. All of the credit card info is accurate and i've used this same credit card on paypal many times.

I had the same problem too with buying a game on Epic today for my son. I tried several cards and none of them are recently added to Paypal. And it's worked before on another game. We gave up and used another method of payment. However, this statement just popped up again on another site that I wanted to use with Paypal. I used Paypal frequently during the holidays without issue but now I have this problem twice today.

All my cards are having the same issues.
I tried using 3 different browsers all give the same message.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues making a purchase with a card. To protect your privacy, your card issuer or bank doesn't tell PayPal why your card was declined. While this can be caused by a few different reasons, one of the main fixes is to try Confirming your card. If you're unable to confirm your card, there may be an issue on your card's end.
