topup not allowed header

Hy there,
added some money thru my bank account to Paupal a few minutes ago, but when i try do do it again this message appears:
topup-not-allowed.header
Can anyone help me with this?

Welcome to the PayPal community.
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues topping up. If it worked before for you without any problems then it sounds like our internal security system is stopping the payment. Our internal security system can hold or decline a transaction if it deems there is a risk involved. If you made a top up a few minutes before hand and then tried another one it may have flagged it for review.
I would try it again 72 hours after the last time you tried it and it should work for you as normal.

Thank for your response. The 72 hour timeframe is not something you will have to do all of the time. If your top up was denied and you had initiated a payment a few minutes before, our internal security system may have flagged it thinking it was a duplicate payment. It will normally only flag things that are out of the ordinary for your account. This is not something that would happen on every transaction/top up and is designed to protect your account. I can understand that this could be frustrating, and I am sorry that you had to experience it.

I have the exact same problem. The thing is i had to make several small payments, and i didn't finish them. Can't it be faster than 72h? I have still a payment pending and i don't have other means than paypal to do it.

Exactly the same happened to me.
It's very frustrating!
Although I love to use PayPal with my Creditcard en so I hope PayPal can do something about this problem soon too.

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to add money to your PayPal account. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or your App's cache in your phone's app settings. If the error persists, try allowing 48 hours before making another attempt. Then, after 48 hours, log in using one consistent device with your location services turned on. If you still can't add money after that, reach out to Customer Support after just one attempt.
