Thanks for the reply. There’s no limitations on my account that I’m aware of. I did contact PayPal via message, because I wasn’t able to get through after several call-in attempts. It’s been a few days & I’ve yet to get a response of any kind. Which is strange. PayPal has always been fairly responsive, but lately have fallen off the map & are completely unresponsive. This is not a good sign. And my issue is still unresolved
