why can't I use PayPal credit for eBay purchases ?

I tried making a purchase and used PayPal credit, but it wasn't available. why ?

Paypal does some quick internal checks to decide whether to offer PayPal Credit as a funding source or not. Sometimes, a transactions does not make the cut so its recommended to use another linked payment method at this time.
