5 pounds rewards

Hiya, so I have recieved the email saying that I have got 5 pound credit from PayPal. When I go to my rewards the money is in there. So I ordered from cult beauty using PayPal thinking it would use the 5 pounds plus my own money. But the rewards money didn’t get used. How do I actually use this money. Thankyou

 Generally when you receive a credit, you'll receive this in the form of a voucher. Vouchers can then be applied to your next purchase with merchants who accept PayPal. When you click on the courtesy credit, there should be an option to select "Use with next purchase." This will then automatically apply to your next purchase when you go through the checkout process.

Hiya, Thankyou for your response. It doesn’t actually give me the option to do so. Instead it only comes up when I go onto rewards and there’s no options to transfer that money to a balance or anything.

How do I redeem PayPal rewards?

Travel to the rewards page and select the "Money" category on the left sidebar. Select the amount you wish to claim. You will see a "Redemption info" modal pop-up. You must click "Redeem" to continue to claim the reward successfully.

I have account long more then month and I never received the 5£ reward
