This is the timeline of my situation:
1) I first made a payment to a online platform using Paypal
2) the refund was approved and they sent the money to Paypal and then Paypal automatically sends the money to my MasterCard Debit card.
3) The money nevers appears and this is where the trouble starts: I asked the bank and the money never got there. No pending transaction, no nothing, asked to Paypal and they keep saying that I need to ask to the card emisor/bank about the transaction and they gave me a guide number that is worthless as Bancolombia nor Mastercard can do nothing with it.
2 months and my money is still lost. Paypal doesn't want to respond for the uncompleted transaction, what should I do???
