Add Money - I Can't add money from BOA to PAYPAL

Hi

I can't add money . All of a sudden I can't make a bank transfer from my bank to PayPal.

I get error message "Things don't appear to be working right now"

Does anyone know what this might be ?

It'a minimal amount of $10

Try paying with bank account at checkout instead.

Sometimes these security precautions affect good transactions and good customers such as yourself. I recommend you to try again at a later date.
