I certainly see that you are worried about your recent transactions on your account. Please don’t worry! Let me try to help with this problem and make it one less worry. In this case, I would request you to check the activity page. You can easily check the status and details of a transaction by viewing your PayPal account Activity which contains a record of all your PayPal transactions.
Once a payment is completed, the option to cancel is no longer available in your activity. However, you can contact the recipient/seller to request a refund within 180 days of making your payment. If you didn't make this payment, please report this unauthorized transaction in the Resolution Center. To report click here
Also, please do check if the payment is a subscription and you can refer to the below link to cancel the subscription. To cancel automatic subscription.
