Authorisation in progress issue

Hi, my transaction shows authorisation in progress since 3 days. I am unable to transfer or cancel this transaction. Please advise or resolve it. Thank you.

I am dealing with similar issue with Guitar Center.    Online purchase, store contacted me and said item damaged.  I cancelled the order and received email.  Yet, I still see a potential authorization out there and that is concerning.  I have sent email to GC to resolve but still authorization is still on my account.
