Buying from game key-shops

i've recently connected my bank account to paypal and set it as my preferred payment method...

the problem is when i try to get a steam key from e.g. gamivo or eneba, the only viable option that

is available is through credit or debit card...i don't know if it's a limitation pushed from the sellers side or paypal

or if there's something wrong with my account...

There are a couple of reasons that this may be happening. Some merchants will set preferences with what type of funding source they allow buyers to use. They may not allow buyers to use a bank account to fund their purchase because of past issues.

If it is an issue with your account, you should be able to see any notifications for account issues within the Resolution Center of your account.

thanks for responding PayPal_Joy...i talked to a help center support agent some days ago and told me to enter personal info (which i already had) and clean cookies/cache and stay off logging for 72 hours...that didn't help either...i checked my account status and haven't seen any account limitation...

Thank you for your reply. We are happy to see you've reached our Help Center Support and attempted the troubleshooting provided. If you have provided all information needed and do not see a limitation on the account, it could be the type of payment. A lot of stream websites establish a billing agreement or preapproved billing for this a credit or debit card is required. If you are still being asked to provide a debit or credit card, that is what would be needed to continue. I hope this helps further.
