Can I check that a bank deposit is pending?

I initiated a deposit from my bank, but not sure I completed the request (using the PayPal website modal dialogs).

Is there a way to check that I have a pending PayPal deposit from my bank account?

Otherwise, I will need to wait 4 days to see if the transaction succeeds (... seriously?).

Well paypal can't show you anything about funds that they haven't received yet.

If you added it from your bank then its up to your bank how long they take to process echeques.

In my original post, I should have emphasized that I *initiated the bank transfer from PayPal*, yet I cannot see any record of that transfer request.  That is the essence of my inquiry.
