Can I get a refund on a continuous payment i did not authorise?

Somehow I started a continuous payment to a company called ask crew. Can I get a refund as I didnt authorise a continuous payment?

Possibly. If PayPal determines that the transaction was made on your device, IP Address, no unusual log ins and consistent with account history, then claim gets denied
.
If you still insist you didn’t make it, ask customer service requesting a deeper investigation.
File a dispute at the Resolution Center.
