Can I transfer money USA PayPal to Bangladesh bank?

My client want to transfer money USA PayPal account to Bangladesh Bank. He is an American.

Paypal is country specific so you can only add a U.S bank account in the U.S.

Also paypal is not supported at the moment in Bangladesh.
