Can't receive my payment from SoundCloud?

Hello Everyone,

I am a musician and I got payment from SoundCloud.

I just can't receive this payment from SoundCloud to my PayPal credit card.

I confirmed my PayPal credit card and still can't receive the payment.

SoundCloud is sending me a message that they are having difficulty sending the payment to PayPal.

Is there is any solution for this issue?
