When i opened my 2nd paypal account about 3 months ago because they restricted my 1st account. Said i was not me. Anyway i linked my bank debit card and was able to load money 2 or 3 times. Now for the last couple of months i have tried with the same card and have tried using 2 other accounts i have but it always declines and i get a sorry we are having trouble message. I called when it first started happening and someone told me nothing was wrong. Gee thanks fir the help. Well i called again yesterday and the lady told me that she could not fix the problem because it was another department and i was not allowed to talk to them. Big big help on that thanks!! Well i have come to the conclusion that seeing how it cost me $3.95 to go in a store and load money sometimes twice a day they dont want it fixed. They making a killing off me. And then to put some of the money to my bank account they charge me again on the same money. Yesterday i loaded $220 on paypal at the dollar store. Cost 3.95 i sent $120 of it to my bank account and they charged me another 2 dollars and some change to do that. So that was over $6 charged on that money. That is absolutely highway robbery with out the gun. My question is has anyone had trouble loading money from their debit card and how did you get it fixed if it did get fixed. Thank you
You never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer. When you purchase an item then Paypal credit the seller for you, this is so there is no delay in the despatch of your item. Paypal will then take the wait for the funds to automatically transfer to reimburse them from your linked funding source.
